REIKI FOR MIND BODY AND SOUL
There is time to connect and discuss before every healing. Your session then begins with deep relaxation and grounding.
You will be gently welcomed into a sacred space and guided into stillness with a calming scalp and facial massage, inspired by Indian Head Massage techniques. Using pressure points that support TMJ relief, stress release, mental clarity, and mindfulness, you will begin to let go of the outside world and fully land in your body.
From here, I guide you through a relaxation meditation, helping you set powerful intentions, calling in healing, clarity, whatever your soul may be needing at this time.
CHAKRA BALANCING AND REIKI ENERGY HEALING.
With a gentle, non-invasive hands-on approach, l work with the universal life force energy of Reiki, channeling into your seven chakras, allowing it to flow intuitively to where it is needed. Connections to your aura, mental, spirit, and physical body, as are all of the beautiful parts that make up who you are as a whole. Each session is unique, some feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, visions or simply a sense of deep calm and safety. Many experience what feels like a spiritual reset or ‘energetic face and body lift’ with noticeable shifts in posture, facial expression and inner light.
INTUITIVE INTEGRATION & ORACLE READING.
After the healing, we’ll take time to integrate and reflect. I offer intuitive insights, metaphysical messages and beautiful oracle or angel card readings to help bring clarity to what was received during the session. These messages often offer guidance about your past, present, and next aligned steps forward.
